If you are wondering if video marketing will work for your business, then you are in the right place. You see, I had a big push in my business a few years back to start doing “video marketing,” but then I went away from it.
It takes too long to shoot the video.
It has to be perfect.
Editing is a HUGE pain in the ass.
Every excuse can come to mind as to why I stopped initially.
And you know what?
I was an absolute fool to go away from it.
Video marketing is probably the single best way to connect with your audience.
People see that you are a real person. They can see if you mess up during the shot, letting them know you are human, and that in turn, lets them know that it is ok to make mistakes in their marketing efforts as well.
As long as they just take action and move forward, that is all that matters.
Video marketing takes down the walls between you and your audience.
So should you do it?
Besides being one of the best ways to connect with your audience, it is absolutely free.
YouTube is phenomenal because its reach is so massive. With it being the number one video search engine, you have endless potential for getting in front of other people. And again, it’s free to post videos on YouTube.
Therefore, the combo of video marketing and YouTube can make your business unstoppable.

With all of this said, I am pretty much telling you right now, you need to start video marketing. If you aren’t doing it, you will probably get left in the dust in the coming years.
However, the best part is that it is still relatively new. Not many people are doing it, and if they are, then they aren’t doing it well. Learn some of the basics, and get the head start.
