Over the past several weeks, things have really decided to pick up in my businesses. This type of activity can make things very busy, but you always have to come back to your roots. You see, even if you learn a dozen different ways to make income online or drive traffic to your site, you still have to come back to the basics.
For me, its blogging, and for many of my students, it’s the same. The “problem” with blogging for many people is that it is S-L-O-W. People do not want to wait. They want instant success, and they want it now.
Well folks, that just isn’t realistic, and if you think it is, you are incorrect. To put systems in place that will pay you over and over again, it takes time. But the time you put in now will pay you exponentially in the long term. I can promise you this.
As I mentioned before, this system for me is blogging. Yes, I know how to drive traffic using PPC, PPV, article marketing, video marketing, solo ads, press releases, forum posting, etc. But my bread and butter is blogging. It is where I decided to hang my hat several months ago.
As my mentor and Internet marketing genius, Aaron Rashkin, put in his email list a few days ago, blogging is like a slow cooker. Yes, you could make that 5 minute microwave oven pizza, and it will fill your belly. But you won’t remember it. It might even make you sick to your stomach.
But if you get a good chili cooking in a crock pot, it will definitely take a few hours to get to perfection. Yes, it will take time. However, when it gets to its optimal cooking point, serve it to everyone after the all day roast. People will talk about it forever.
That’s why I love blogging. It is the crock pot meal, but you have to blog daily to get it to perfection. You have to get good content out to people.
The more you write, the more people will have a chance to connect with you. That’s why I love the Empower Network so much. It teaches people how to earn income from simply writing. You join, write daily, and get paid. It is that simple. (plus with my 400% refund guarantee, it is literally a no lose situation).
So as I wrap up here, just know that blogging will pay you massively in the end. It might not be today (unless you do it with the Empower Network), but it will most definitely pay you in the long run.

Until next time…
